BREAKING: How APC Adopted Consensus To Pick NWC Members
In a landmark decision at the ongoing APC National Convention, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has adopted a consensus approach to the selection of its National Working Committee (NWC).
The motion was moved by the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, representing Akwa Ibom North-West Senatorial District, during proceedings at the convention. Akpabio described the move as crucial to maintaining the party’s stability and continuity.
He emphasised that the party had conducted congresses at the ward, local government, state, and zonal levels in substantial compliance with the APC constitution, the Electoral Act, and other statutory provisions. These exercises, he said, had produced duly elected executives at all levels, strengthening the party’s grassroots structure and internal democratic framework.
“I therefore move that the congresses so conducted be and are hereby approved by the 2026 National Convention of the All Progressives Congress,” Akpabio stated.
The motion was seconded by Hope Uzodinma, who lauded the congresses as credible and properly conducted. Following a voice vote by party leaders and delegates, the motion was overwhelmingly adopted, formalising the ratification of the congress outcomes.
The consensus approach for selecting NWC members marks a significant step toward unity within the party, ensuring that future leadership decisions reflect collective agreement and strengthen the APC ahead of upcoming political engagements.
Favor As Higher Power?
(The hidden truth)
Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor. Favor is silent, spiritual and higher power. For spiritual guidance, other solutions, call/Whatsapp Dr J.A. Faros on 07030514063. With God, all are possible.
