According to a report by London Evening Standard on Tuesday May 19, 2026, Arsenal are reportedly increasing their interest in Bradley Barcola ahead of the summer transfer window, with the club now viewed as one of the favourites to sign the talented Paris Saint-Germain forward if he becomes available.
Mikel Arteta is expected to strengthen his attacking options this summer after another demanding campaign in which Arsenal competed strongly for major honours both domestically and in Europe. The club are believed to be prioritising additional quality and depth in wide attacking positions.
Arsenal have relied heavily on Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli throughout the season. Injuries and inconsistent performances in certain areas of the attack have reportedly convinced the club that more reinforcements are needed before next season begins.
Barcola has attracted admiration across Europe due to his pace, dribbling ability and versatility in attack. Since joining PSG from Olympique Lyonnais in 2023, the France international has developed into one of Ligue 1’s brightest young attacking players.

Although Barcola remains under contract until 2028, growing competition for places at PSG has reportedly created uncertainty about his long-term future.
