In a recent video on Facebook, A Nigerian cleric and political commentator, Primate Ayodele, has issued a stark warning to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, cautioning that public displays of support may be misleading amid growing economic hardship.
Speaking during a recent address, Ayodele claimed that many individuals visiting the president are not genuine allies but critics in disguise. “Anybody visiting you, they are just visiting to mock you. Enemies are visiting you, believe me, honestly,” he said, urging the president to be wary of those around him.
The cleric stressed that political loyalty should not be confused with public approval, especially as Nigerians grapple with rising living costs. According to him, the current economic climate has left many citizens frustrated and disillusioned. “You don’t know the economy is not smiling. There’s hardship. Those telling you that all is well—it’s not well,” Ayodele warned.
He further emphasized that voter behavior could shift dramatically when elections arrive, regardless of current political alignments. “Either you’re a stubborn politician or not, Nigerians too can be stubborn when it’s time to vote,” he said, suggesting that dissatisfaction could translate into electoral consequences.
Ayodele called on the president to take immediate steps to address the situation, including directly engaging with citizens. “Do the needful, address the nation. Let them stop deceiving you. Things are expensive, people are not happy,” he added.
His remarks come amid broader concerns about inflation and cost-of-living pressures across the country. Analysts say such sentiments reflect a growing demand for transparency and responsive governance.
As economic challenges persist, Ayodele’s comments highlight the widening gap between political leadership and public perception, raising questions about how the administration will respond in the months ahead.
Favor As Higher Power?
(The hidden truth)
Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor. Favor is silent, spiritual and higher power. For spiritual guidance, other solutions, call/Whatsapp Dr J.A. Faros on 07030514063. With God, all are possible.
