Nollywood actress Queen Pamela has shared a surprising account of how she got married to her husband, revealing that their relationship took an unexpected turn despite her initial rejection of his advances.

According to her, their first encounter happened in a rather ordinary setting a market where she had gone to purchase some items. It was during that meeting that her future husband expressed interest in her.

She said, “I met my husband in 2007, and I got married to him the same year. I didn’t understand how I ended up getting married to him because I could remember that he told me to stop film making.”

The actress explained that at the time, she was actively pursuing her passion for acting, which later blossomed into a career in Nollywood. However, her husband’s early request that she quit acting stood out as a significant moment in their relationship.

Sharing more details, she added, “My husband toasted me, I turned him down, but I didn’t know how I suddenly got married to him. I know our marriage didn’t just happen, there is more to it.”
