A video that was posted on the official X account of ARISE NEWS on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 has captured the moment the former governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi was speaking about President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He made the statement while addressing a large crowd at the National Convention of the African Democratic Congress, ADC in Abuja.
In the video that surfaced online, the former governor of Rivers state said when they were forming the All Progressive Congress, APC, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was always calling him a courageous person. He said he is surprised that the President has changed today.
According to Rotimi Amaechi;
“When we were forming APC, I know how many times President Tinubu met with me and told me I was courageous. I know how many times he praised us for the political space we had. Currently, the man does not care”.
