BREAKING: Nafiu Bala: Later Someone Woke Him Up, Said He Could Rattle These People Through This Work – Nzeako
In a recent interview shared by Arise News, constitutional lawyer, Fred Nzeako, weighed in on the leadership dispute within the African Democratic Congress (ADC), offering insight into the sequence of events that led to ongoing litigation.
Nzeako referenced the actions of Nafiu Bala, who approached the court exactly two months after the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) elected David Mark as national chairman. According to him, the timing of the legal move has raised questions within political and legal circles.
“It was only later that somebody woke him up and said he could rattle these people through this work,” he said.
He explained that the NEC, as a key organ of the party, had the authority to make interim leadership decisions, including the emergence of David Mark. Nzeako noted that Bala’s delay in challenging the decision suggests that the dispute may have been influenced by external interests rather than immediate grievances.
The legal expert stressed that internal party conflicts should be addressed promptly and through proper channels to avoid prolonged instability. He added that such disputes, if not carefully managed, could weaken party structures ahead of future elections.
Nzeako concluded by urging political actors to prioritize internal resolution mechanisms before resorting to litigation, in order to preserve party unity and democratic order.
Favor As Higher Power?
(The hidden truth)
Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor. Favor is silent, spiritual and higher power. For spiritual guidance, other solutions, call/Whatsapp Dr J.A. Faros on 07030514063. With God, all are possible.
