BREAKING: IDF Is Planning For Return To War, Trump Mulls Strikes On Iran After Talks Fail
According to the Times of Israel, Israel’s military is preparing for a possible return to full-scale conflict with Iran following the collapse of ceasefire negotiations with the United States, according to multiple Hebrew-language media reports that appeared to reflect a coordinated message from defense officials.
All three major Israeli television networks reported Sunday that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has begun operational planning for renewed hostilities, just days after a fragile, Pakistan-brokered truce temporarily halted fighting.
The reports came less than 24 hours after talks in Islamabad between Washington and Tehran ended without agreement on a framework to permanently end the conflict.
Earlier in the day, Israeli outlet Ynet reported that IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir had ordered forces into a “heightened state of readiness,” instructing units to prepare for a rapid resumption of combat operations against Iran.
Later, Channel 12 News said the military was not only bracing for renewed conflict but also actively preparing for the possibility of a surprise Iranian strike on Israeli territory.
The Kan public broadcaster cited a senior defense official expressing frustration over the premature end to the previous round of fighting.
“Israel is interested in renewing the war against Iran,” the official said, adding that the conflict had ended “too early, without sufficient pressure being applied on Iran regarding the nuclear issue and ballistic missiles.”
Officials in Washington signaled that key disagreements during the talks centered on Iran’s nuclear ambitions and its regional network of allied militias.
According to reports, the US insisted on what it described as “red lines,” including a full dismantling of Iran’s nuclear weapons program and an end to support for proxy groups across the Middle East.
Donald Trump, who has taken a hardline stance on Iran throughout the crisis, is said to be weighing possible military options, including direct US strikes on Iranian targets, should diplomacy continue to fail.
While no final decision has been announced, the reports indicate growing alignment between Washington and Jerusalem on the need to escalate pressure if Tehran does not shift its position.
The developments cast serious doubt over the durability of the two-week ceasefire brokered by Pakistan, which had briefly paused weeks of escalating violence.
Military analysts say the apparent “leak” of IDF preparations may itself be part of a strategic signaling effort aimed at deterring Iran while also preparing Israeli public opinion for a potential return to war.
At the same time, concerns are rising that any renewed fighting could quickly expand into a broader regional confrontation, drawing in multiple actors and further destabilizing an already volatile Middle East.
With diplomacy stalled and both sides signaling readiness, the situation appears increasingly poised on a knife’s edge.
Favor As Higher Power?
(The hidden truth)
Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor. Favor is silent, spiritual and higher power. For spiritual guidance, other solutions, call/Whatsapp Dr J.A. Faros on 07030514063. With God, all are possible.
