Bayelsa State authorities have put in a five-man committee to supervise the affairs of Nigeria Nationwide League, NNL, facet Bayelsa United for the 2026-27 season.
The state deputy governor Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo constituted the Committee in Yenagoa.
The committee members are Dr. Peter Singabele (Chairman ) Sir Braveman Wodi, Godson Ekarde, Ono Okay. Akpe and Ken Akpolaemi Odogu.
They’ve been mandated to begin preparations for the 2026-27 NNL season.
Ewhrudjakpo mentioned the transfer is to place the federal government instantly in control of the workforce’s administration throughout this vital interval.
Bayelsa United have been relegated to the NNL after an unimpressive marketing campaign within the NPFL final season.
