BREAKING: Trump Reflects on Ukraine Conflict — “I Got This One Wrong”

President Donald Trump made a candid admission Sunday that the war between Russia and Ukraine, a conflict he once believed his personal relationships with both heads of state would allow him to resolve quickly, had instead proven to be the most resistant to diplomatic solution of any of the eight international conflicts he claims to have settled during his presidency.

The admission came during an interview on Fox News’ The Sunday Briefing, in which the President was asked whether he had spoken recently with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The question touched on a conflict Trump has frequently promised to end swiftly but which continues to exact a devastating human toll on both sides.

Trump confirmed that conversations with Putin were ongoing, though he declined to characterize their content or frequency in specific terms. He similarly noted continued dialogue with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, describing both relationships as functional and active.

The President then offered a striking self-assessment of his diplomatic record and his expectations for Ukraine specifically. “I settled eight wars,” Trump stated. “This is one that I thought I would have had the easiest time with.” He explained his reasoning simply: the relationships he had cultivated with both Putin and Zelensky gave him a foundation that previous American administrations had lacked. And yet the conflict had confounded those expectations entirely.

“I would have thought that one, because of relationships, would be the easiest one,” he repeated. “And it really is the most difficult. And it’s not as complex as some of the ones that settled quickly.”

Trump identified the core obstacle not as political or territorial but as emotional. “Hate is a bad thing,” he said. “Hate is a bad thing when you’re trying to settle something.”

Despite the frustration in his assessment, Trump maintained that a resolution would come. “It’ll happen, it’ll happen,” he said.

The President also cited the India-Pakistan crisis as one of his most consequential diplomatic interventions, claiming that Pakistan’s Prime Minister had credited him personally with saving between 30 and 50 million lives by preventing what could have escalated into a nuclear exchange between the two countries. He presented that success as a benchmark against which Ukraine, for all its emotional and political intractability, would eventually also be measured.

Favor As Higher Power?

(The hidden truth)

Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor. Favor is silent, spiritual and higher power. For spiritual guidance, other solutions, call/Whatsapp Dr J.A. Faros on 07030514063. With God, all are possible.
