Chelsea face Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge in just under an hour, and the teams are in! It’s that sad, sad day of the year – the final game of the season. The Blues can still affect their future however, knowing a win puts them in prime position to sneak into the Europa League right at the death. To that end, Mauricio Pochettino picks the strongest team he can.

There have been few changes to his winning side over the last few weeks, but there are a couple today. Mykhailo Mudryk can’t feature today as he was in the concussion protocol after getting slammed by Tariq Lamptey in midweek. That will allow Marc Cucurella to play in midfield in the buildup as we’ve seen a few times in this recent good run.

The bench is crammed with talent – Carney Chukwuemeka is back on there, with Malo Gusto not risked from the start after his own recent niggling injuries.
