The cleric predicted growing internal conflicts within the African Democratic Congress (ADC), suggesting that disagreements among its members could weaken the party’s unity as it prepares for future elections.
“ADC will start fighting among themselves,” he warned.
Ayodele also commented on the political prospects of former presidential candidate Peter Obi, stating that Obi is unlikely to become president in the immediate future.
“Peter Obi cannot be president for now. Maybe if he’s okay, let him take the vice president,” he said.
On the security front, Ayodele hinted at proactive measures by security agencies to intercept illegal activities, including the smuggling of arms, explosives, and large sums of money into the country.
“We cease ammunition and explosive devices and some monies they want to bring into the country,” he stated, underscoring the need for continued vigilance.
The cleric also issued a specific warning to a group he referred to as GSC in Lagos State, urging its members to pray fervently to avoid any loss of life within their ranks.
“GSC in Lagos State should pray so they do not lose any of their members,” he added.
On the economic side, Ayodele cautioned that Nigeria’s insurance sector may face significant challenges in the near future and advised stakeholders to be watchful and prayerful.
“Insurance will face challenges… let them watch and be prayerful about this,” he warned.
