BREAKING: Abdulkarim Questions Atiku’s Vote Strength Without Obi’s Influence
A political associate of former Anambra State governor and Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has argued that the former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, did not command an independent organic voter base in the last general election.
Ibrahim Abdulkarim, who speaks frequently on behalf of the Obidient movement, made the claim during an interview aired by Trust TV, insisting that much of Atiku’s electoral performance in 2023 was tied to the platform he ran on rather than personal loyalty from voters.
“If you give Peter PDP and give Abubakar Labour Party in 2023 election, Atiku will not get the vote that Peter will be garnered under Labour Party and Peter,” Abdulkarim said.
The assertion comes amid growing tensions between supporters of Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar over the presidential ticket of the African Democratic Congress ahead of the 2027 general election. Abdulkarim has been among the loudest voices within the Obidient movement insisting that the ADC presidential ticket must be zoned to the south, with Peter Obi positioned as the preferred candidate.
He further argued that Obi’s appeal is rooted in a cult-like organic followership that transcends party structures, a quality he said Atiku lacks going into 2027.
Favor As Higher Power?
(The hidden truth)
Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor. Favor is silent, spiritual and higher power. For spiritual guidance, other solutions, call/Whatsapp Dr J.A. Faros on 07030514063. With God, all are possible.
