Paris Saint-Germain forward, Ousmane Dembélé, on Monday, was crowned the winner of the 2025 Ballon d’Or, beating Barcelona youngster, Lamine Yamal and Real Madrid forward, Kylian Mbappé to football’s most prestigious individual award.
The night also saw recognition of rising stars, top managers, and clubs that dominated world football over the past year.

The night belonged largely to Paris Saint-Germain, with Dembélé claiming the men’s Ballon d’Or, their former goalkeeper, Donnarumma winning the Yachine Trophy, and coach Luis Enrique recognised as Men’s Coach of the Year. PSG were also named Men’s Club of the Year 2025.
Barcelona also enjoyed a strong presence with Lamine Yamal and Vicky López picking up the men’s and women’s Kopa Trophies respectively, while Aitana Bonmatí retained her crown as Women’s Ballon d’Or winner.
